5 lbs down! 115 lbs!

woo wooooooooo. lost 5 lbs this month officially. haven’t really been counting my calories just watching servings and eating better in general! i’m so happy to finally seeing progress! <3

117 lbs

So I’m about a week and a half behind but I left myself some extra time before the trip so as long as I keep making progress like I have been!

have been freaking out the last week for (hopefully) nothing!

so i have avoided coming on here for the last week because i weighed myself last friday and was delighted to see that i was 117.5 lbs, which meant i had lost 2.5 lbs in the week and a half i had been eating better again. well then the next wednesday when i weighed myself i was 119 again, even though i had been eating very well since i had weighed in at 117.5. i was so upset because i haven’t started working out yet, so the weight could not be muscle. but then today i am pretty sure my damn period started which means the last week has been my PMS week and i have weighed anywhere from 1-5 lbs more during that week in the past. so hopefully that’s all this is. otherwise all my good, clean eating is doing nothing at all. but i’m sticking to it and going to dedicate myself even more to it. 

also, i’m starting workouts soon. I had to wait until the school opened again so i can get a cheap memebership with their gym.

i don’t need to be fat to show signs of feminity.

just as others don’t need to be skinny to look good. i’m doing what works best for my body. and judge all you want, but you are wrong.

there are plenty of signs of feminity on my body. even when i am a larger size i still dont have “curves” the way many people define them. i can be any size and my chest and butt are still flat as a board. i personally think a smaller figure works best with my feminine parts. so don’t judge what you don’t know. there are plenty of women who are HEALTHY and IN SHAPE and even SKINNY who have plenty of feminity. and you know nothing about me to say i’m failing at life and that my parents should be disapointed. i have so many things going for me in my life. i’m going to be sucessful, most likely unlike you, because i am doing something with my life rather than trashing others for doing something with theirs anoymously online. grow up and stop posting anon hate on tumblr already.

117.5 lbs today! hell yeah!

sooo i was kind of upset when i have been eating very good the last 2 weeks and had only a half pound weight loss on my weigh in day. i was slightly discouraged but decided to stick to it. weighed myself today and i was 117.5! yay that 2.5 lbs lost! and past my last week goal and close to this weeks goal! so happppy.
